These terms govern your use of nibaconsulting.com. They are deliberately short: this is an informational site about NIBA's consulting practice, and any actual engagement is governed by its own written agreement — never by this page.

These Terms govern your use of nibaconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by NIBA Consulting LLC (“NIBA”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may view and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIBA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. LinkedIn). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
